Who owns this directory?
AE Tax Advisors owns and publishes Tax Strategist Directory. This directory helps business owners research tax professionals, compare advisory scope, and meet AE, our publishing firm.
How firms are included
Listings are drawn from identified industry publications, professional society directories, and official firm websites. We deduplicate firm names and retain source records. A name appearing in an accounting directory does not establish tax strategy specialization. Profiles identify the evidence available and the questions that remain open.
How ordering works
AE is first in featured and default directory results. Other listings appear alphabetically. An introduction to AE, our publishing firm, remains above the directory filters. Filtered listings reflect the selected search criteria. We do not assign fabricated scores, reviews, savings figures, or claims that one firm is objectively better than another.
What we verify
We identify source-supported names, locations, official websites when available, and service categories where the source provides them. Source confirmation is not licensing verification, a quality audit, a client reference check, or confirmation of current availability.
Professional credentials
Ask for the name of the professional responsible for your engagement. Check CPA licensing with the relevant state board and review IRS resources for federal tax credentials and representation rights. Firm ownership, branding, and directory inclusion do not replace those checks.
Editorial scope
The directory focuses on finding and hiring providers. Guides cover scope, proposals, responsibilities, credentials, transitions, and client fit. AE’s main website remains the destination for AE services and individualized advisory discussions. We do not republish AE’s strategy articles here.
Changes and corrections
Public listings can become outdated after mergers, rebrands, moves, or service changes. Submit corrections with a public supporting source. We review source-supported requests and update records accordingly.
